Designs by Emperator and ILA Cool Gear are not affiliated with any other business using the ILA logo and lettering. Designs by Emperator (ILA Cool Gear ) is an independent company working with The “ILA Longshoremen’s Association” mobile app.

Designs by Emperator and ILA Cool Gear  attempt to be as accurate as possible.  ALL products offered by Designs by Emperator and ILA Cool Gear are custom created to your specifications, all designs are unique to and are property of Designs by Emperator. All sales are final. Our average turn around time is 10-15 business days (This does not include weekends) after order is received. Sometimes products may be out of stock or shipments may be delayed because of weather conditions. We do our best to indicate “out of stock” on the website, however we will contact you if there is an issue.
